Ok now we are going to explain you how to install mods...
Car Mods
if you want to install carmods, you need a import/export programm like "Spark IV".
Spark IV is very good!
Then you could download a carmod, you want to.
If you downlaoded the mod, you have to replace the "carname.wft" and "carname.wtd"
(its for model and texture). Open spark and open the folder "vehicles,img"(rockstar games/gta 4/pc/modles/data/cdimages). replace the old file with the new one and save!
then you are finished! go ingame and search or spawn the car!
Flying Car Mod
The famous flying car mod!(watch our video, please  ). ok open the handling.dat(rockstar games/gta4/common/data) and search for the line: "#$ FIGHTER 0.5 2.0 0.0 -0.003 0.002 0.10 0.03 -0.002 0.003 0.0020 0.0 0.1 1.0 1.0 0.0 0.01 0.5 0.5 0.5 0.5 0.5 0.5". you just have to delete the # at the beginning, then close handling.dat and save!Then open the "vehicles.ide" (same folder) and choose any car you want to fly with! i will take the "admiral"(you can take ANY car!). search for the line of the car! "admiral, admiral, PLANE, FIGHTER, ADMIRAL, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_LO4_LO4, 100, 999, 0.2229, 0.2229, 0, 2, 1.0 ,0, -". ok write "PLANE" and "FIGHTER" instate of "car" and "carname".
Texture Mods
Its the same like car mods, just another directory...(follow the readme).
Replace the old file with spark and save...!
Finish!
Asi Scripts/Trainers
There are different scripts!some asi scripts have an asi loader in it, so you just can put thme in the main direction!
If you need Asi Loader, download it and put the asi mods in the "asi folder".
File FIx
the filefix is a asi mod, wich alows you to play online with mods!since v 1.3 you cant play online with mods.
but the file fix will help you.
BUT PAY ATTENTION!if s.o. knows that you play online with mods, you will get banned!
